Who refunds you
Refunds are made by the independent developer who runs Give Me Peanut Butter, the seller of the video packs, through Stripe to your original payment method.
Failed renders
If a video fails to render, it is returned to your balance automatically. No action is needed.
Unused videos
You can request a refund of a video pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its videos have been used. Email yaohongan2021@gmail.com with your order ID.
Not happy with the result
If a finished video does not look like you, or you are unhappy with it for any reason, email yaohongan2021@gmail.com within 14 days with your order ID. We refund the payment for that pack. No long forms.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
